Get New Games In 3 Ways

Getting a new game is always a great day for a gamer. The only thing that might stop us from getting new titles, is the price tag on the case, not everyone can always afford to buy games. But what if i told you that there are in fact 3 ways that you can get new titles to play, with minimal spending?

You have to make a simple choice to make that will save you a lot of money., sell your titles back, swap the games with other people who might want them, or use renting services whether online or offline to rent Wii games, Xbox 360, and more.

Resell Previously Owned Titles

This is probably by worst of the 3 methods available to get new titles. Just go to a store like Gamestop and exchange your old games for some money for games.

As you can see this option is both fast and easily done, but the problem is that you'll almost guarentee lose a lot of cash. In fact you can consider yourself lucky if you can get a fraction of what you got the game for.

Swap With Others

By exchanging games with others you won't be getting a fraction of what you paid for, in fact you'll be getting another whole game. To swap, you simply list your games online for other people to see, and if they want the game they'll swap with you. Each site varies so you might be exchanging games with other people, or you could be trading games for points that you could use. And once you accumulated all the points necessary, you can swap for a game (don't worry the point exhange rate is very fair).
A good example of a trading site is Gametz, they offer quality trading experiances. The only flaw with swapping games it the fact that you have to swap something yourself first before you can do anything, and that all depends on how popular the game you're trading is. But no matter how long you had to wait your face will turn to a smile when you receive your game.

Rent Online

This is my ideal way to play games, especially if you're a hard-core gamer. You have 2 choices when you're rentng game. The first choice is to go the stores like blockbuster to rent games, or use online services like Gamefly to get your titles, both side has their benifits, but I prefer online renting. If you decide to rent online you simply have to pay a monthy fee, and then you can rent as many games online as you want for a whole month. While you can rent out unlimited game you can only rent out 1 game at a time at worst, you can upgrade your membership to rent out 1-4 games out at a time.

If you were to rent games online you have to wait for the game to arrive, but besides that you can play it as long as you wish. However if you want to keep the game you have forever, you can simply pay Gamefly a price cheaper then one you might find in stores to keep the game, and they'll send you the next game you want.

Conclusion

Reselling your old titles is definitely not an option you should rely on to save money, in fact you might actually be losing money by doing so. Swapping games is a way better alternative to reselling games, but it too has its own problems, like waiting for someone to decide to swap with you. The best time saving way and perhaps money saving way to get to play a lot of new games is to rent them online. Once you finish the game and want to return it, you can do it without worrying about shipping, because online services gives you free pre-paid envelopes.

If you only plan to play 1 or maybe 2 new titles a month I recommend you to swap titles instead. But if you plan to play over 3 new titles a month renting with cheap services like Gamefly is the way to go.
